Orders
We asked that you please place your order at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure we can accommodate your order. Weekend orders book up quickly, so we highly recommend at least 3 weeks notice*.
There is a a 50% or $50 minimum on orders $100 or less- non refundable deposit due at the time of ordering. In the event of cancellation these monies are forfeited and cannot be use toward any future cake purchases.
Remaining balances on all orders are due before or upon delivery*.
Cakes purchases over $300 requires a signed contract*.
Orders are considered confirmed once deposits are received. Orders will not be booked prior to. Deposits must be received before 2 weeks prior to event or promised delivery date.
Hours of operations are: Tues-Thurs 10:30 am- 3:30 pm, Fri 10:30 am-5 pm, Sat appointment only, Sun-Mon closed. There will be a $20 fee added to any after hour pick up/deliveries or pick up/delivery request on non operational days. There is a $25 delivery fee for ALL deliveries. Angel Cakes only delivers locally*.
*Wedding cake orders and delivery have separate policies that are detailed in the Wedding Cake Contract.
*We strive to decorate the exact cake design you want. We do reserve the right to use creative license were we feel necessary in order to maintain the quality of our product and designs.
